The Bibler I-Tent is a two-person tent that is exceptionally strong and waterproof, and very breathable and simple to set up. Time-tested Bibler tents have proven themselves to be the finest, most robust, and most stormproof shelters available. Two aluminum poles crisscross inside the single tent wall and arch naturally into the tent's roof eaves, eliminating the hard-to-thread sleeves found on inferior designs and allowing complete setup in under two minutes.
The result is maximum strength and more headroom per square foot of floorspace than any other tent. Each Bibler tent is built to function in the harshest conditions, including howling winds, heavy snow loads, and sub-zero temperatures.
The entire I-Tent is constructed entirely of ToddTex fabric (Bibler's proprietary version of Gore-Tex), completely eliminating the need for a separate rain fly in foul weather and giving exceptional breatheability.
The one-piece ToddTex bathtub floor has no seams to seal out ground moisture, eliminating the need for a separate ground cloth required by nylon tents. You can set up the I-Tent on the wettest ground and you will still remain dry.
Unlike a standard nylon tent, the waterproof I-Tent does not require a ground cloth for water resistance. However, the Bibler Tents First Lite Ground Cloth is useful for minimizing wear and tear on the I-Tent's ToddTex floor material. Sharp stones will eventually deteriorate the ToddTex fabric over time, and harm the ToddTex materials water resistance. The First Lite Ground Cloth is sized specifically for the Bibler I-Tent and its ground pegs.
All seams on the I-Tent are fully taped to prevent moisture ingress through the stitching. The waterproof door toggles to the side when open. The no-see-um net door is on the interior to prevent the ice buildup that occurs on exterior net doors in winter.
Each I-Tent comes with two weatherproof zippered vents at the peak of the tent to draw out rising moist air. In addition, a hooded vent over the door and a unique covered vent at the bottom of the door provide flow-through ventilation, even in foul weather.
Each I-Tent features four Integral net pockets sewn and tape-sealed the the ToddTex walls.
Personal effects may be kept inside the tent, away from thieves and from foul weather. .
If the I-Tent's four integral pockets are not enough for you, the Bibler Tents No. 1 Attic mesh hammock attaches to the I-Tent's poles at the ceiling of the I-Tent, providing an out-of-the-way loft for drying wet socks and gloves or for storing small objects and clothing.
For even greater storage space, the Bibler Tents No. Pocket Pal is a handy collection of six mesh pockets that attaches quickly and easily to the I-Tent's poles, providing lots of extra storage space for personal effects inside the I-Tent.
Aluminum ground pegs, ties, and waterproofing seam-sealer are included with the I-Tent.
