Roll-A-Table

I have used roll-a-tables for field work and personal camp use for about 7 years and have found them to be extremely durable and sturdy.

You can find them at REI and CampMor

I worked on a native fish field team on the Colorado River for 3 years and we were on the river almost every week camping and working. Loading up we'd throw these tables into the boats/trucks and out on the lake we'd throw them out onto the rocky/sandy beaches where we were working. We'd use them for processing large fish up to 3' long and we'd use them for cooking. They've got a handy mesh pocket to store the legs and to hold stuff while you're cooking. These are awesome tables.
