Sub no-Date

Isn't the Sub-with-no-date below the "Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified" standard of movement? I had one in the past and the face of it did not have these words on the face. And yes it was a genuine Rolex model.

I believe I read in a Rolex technical specification publication that all or at least some of the no-date movements are not "certified."
