Discovery II Modifications / Ideas

Im planning a Discovery II build...currently have a disco one...has anyone got any pictures links ideas etc etc on what to do or even what not to do....

Things that spring to mind so far:

Second battery location???

Old Man Emu springs/shocks which ones and can i get rid of airbags on the rear end???

How to minamise the electronics issues???

How much effort would it be to make my disco I roof rack (safety devices) fit the disco II and removal of roof bars...???

Try and get two smaller batteries in the same location. I've seen it done. More power without the extra space requirement.
I have the Old Man Emu HD springs front and rear. OME shocks too. Works great. No regrets.

The D1 rack should fit the D2 easily but it will be nearly a foot short on the rear. May not look too good.

Good luck.
