"147.555 taking all your disco requests, all weekend long in Anza Borrego"

How to get your disco lower body work out:

How to fortify your body for such endeavors:

Hopefully you still can squeeze through after all that food:

And avoid the heart attack on the hill:

If you get too hot from disco fever take a dip:

If the going gets tough, take a line:

But know your vehicle limitations:

And stay in contact with the group:

But watch those low-hanging branches:

Most importantly, take it all in and soak it all up:

That's it! Next time I'm calling in to work "sick".

"My doctor has informed my that I have contracted Solihull's Disease. He has recommended that I spend a few days in a drier climate to help aid in recovery. Unfortunately there is no cure for the disease yet. Thankfully, it can be managed through short trips to areas of arid climate."

Great pics.

Did you really venture into the area that could possibly contain unexploded ordnance? Or is the function of that sign no longer valid?

The pic is as far past the signs as I've ever gone.
That's an active Naval bombing range, the Carrizo Impact Area, and it's patrolled by remote-controlled, camera-equipped, four-wheeled vehicles. Aaron reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally wanted to see one, but there were none in sight.

Man I just love this pic:

What video would be doing for you right now is allowing you to hear the simultaneous screams of tiffany and emily as the truck dropped forward with the rear in the air until the front driver corner of the bumper lightly crunched and stopped the truck.
If you look closely you can see that the girls have blankets over their heads to hide from imminent death.

And I thought nothing could shake the two coolest cucumber offroaders I know...

And for anyone who has not seen Heart Attack hill... it is at least as steep as it looks in this picture.

Great pic Jack!

Indeed, thanks to Jack for the planning and subsequent improvisation of our route. I had a blast.

Thanks also to everyone who prepared food. We did not suffer in the food department, did we? hehehe

Thanks to Aaron, Craig, Ho, Tiffany and Emily for coming.

As always, the group makes the trip.

But when you've got the right group
...and the right route
...and the right food
...and the right comm
...and the right rover

we'll then it just all magic.
