We'll see. I am hoping that we can get passed that and actually have a race this year.

No matter what, the mountains always make for good action.

Nervous peleton this morning. Couple crashes. Not so sure about England as a venue. I can see Belgium, but Blighty?

It wasn't bad. Good crowds.

It just feels weird being over there...

Slip and slide today. I need to review Vino's past perfromances. How do you cut that much time after a major injury?

Rasmussen asked to leave the tour by his team. In the Yellow jersey for internal Team violations!

So who is does that leave? Leipheimer?

You have got to be kidding me. This year makes last year look peaceful in comparison.

Cofidis team gone as well...

I was on a The Bridger Bowl ski team with Leipheimer in Montana, so I have always rooted for him. He is a great guy and whether he wins or not he will always hav emy respect as a very talented athlete.

And now... Rasmussen is out... the Maillot Jaune taken right off his back...

So is this cycling's darkest hour? Or will we look back on this episode as the turning point, the new beginning?

No, it's a high point.

The Tour organizers actually give a damn.

Compare the Tour organizers' reaction to the drug issue compared to that of Major League Baseball.
