Early on, I rocked the ARB, 500's and Mega Warrior.

Yes, it was that bad.

Netjaws was like a drunk guy at a party; he annoys the shit out of you, then he leaves and you realize the party was better when we was there.

As you know, switch/speaker/radio space is very limited in the Disco. There are only about 80 different factory slots I could use for this sort of stuff, which is insufficient. Also, the Disco's ceiling is very slippery. So I was thinking about it, and came up with this:

Everything has its place now. I have a very good view of my lev-o-gauge too. And the ceiling is now non-skid.

A lev-o-gauge mounted at an angel to the truck??? looks like the guy failed geometry 101 too.

Black Beauty:

I often tow her behind my sweet RV.

My P38 is all about the black. Dark tint on all of the windows, because that's cool. I love taking my P38 to the local tint shop and watching a master window tinter at work. I even blacked out the tail lights and rear bumper:

And the front bumper too:

I thought about blacking out the front skid, but all of that black would look contrived. I'm all about the stealth mods. Besides, the white skid shows off the swiss cheese holes in the skid.

I thought about adding a winch, but winches are for chumps who get stuck. I don't get stuck because I have the huge lift, biggie tires, and special suspension.

Check out my sweet periscope roof light:

Believe it or not, I can pan this light left and right. When I meet strangers on the trail, I'll often reach up to the ceiling controls and pan this light toward them. I'm not rude or anything. I don't shine the light in their faces. No way. I just pan the light toward them to show them that I can do it.

And here's the sweet switch set-up for my auxiliaries:

The exterior of my ride is all about the black. But I love the white cartouch for the switches. You see, I actually want people to know that I drilled into my dash to mount these switches.

Edit: There was a post of a white disco a minute ago.

I'm digging how he painted his snorkel white to match the Disco body and then stopped and kept the original finish black to match the SD rack. So stealthy. Then how the lugs contrasts the black rims. Man that's nice!

John, you're killing me with these posts.

Almost as good as the roll cage that goes to nowhere.

Why are Disco's so bastardized?

Oh, the shame.
