I originally bought a Toshiba POS.

Koby and Ho convinced me to take it back (lobbing for IBM). Still I did not listen and went with a Sony http://www.sonystyle.com/is-bin/INTE...uctSKU=PCGZ1WA

I am quite happy with it though. I actually bought the sony for Ho and you, knowing the envy would well up inside of yall and prompt a purchse... hehe. This way it doesn't feel like everyone on the block has one but you.

Besides the sony looks cooler.

If you're happy with that Walkman computer, that's cool. But you mean to tell me that the Sony looks cooler than the ThinkPad? Get the fuck out. Has the Sony got anything on this:

or this:

or what about this:

Now THAT is some cool shit.

Once you go Black, you never go back.

laptops

With all the travel to Paris, I am trying to get the office to pony up for a laptop: what's the word on the Panasonic ToughBook? I see them around with built-in gps, protected hard drive....

Their usual issue laptop is a pos Dell, but I'm trying to negotiate for something better.

ps: that X33 stuff is pretty cool.

I used to be indifferent in my preference to laptops and laptop manufacturers, but now there is only one.
