Ok, here's what I'll be ordering tomorrow.

2 4000 cornering
2 Clear Covers
1 Wiring Harness
1 DII aux light switch
1 DII cruise control switch

Anything else I need, or don't need for installation?

Good call Ron, but it'll most likely be Guiness instead. Of course Black Butte Porter is pretty good too.

Here's what I don't want it to look like. Man those lightforce lights are huge.

rob, i checked today. the hazard switch plug on the D2 is the same as the regular D1 switch connectors.
now get your hazard switch out and see if it's the same as the other connectors.

The hazard button/ harness seems to have more wires comming into the back of it.

I'll see if another switch works anyway.

Thanks for looking,
Rob

Got my Hella 4k's today, they look sweet. So I went to test fit them to see what they're gonna look like. No go, they're just a little too big for the standard mounting tabs and holes in the bumper. It will be an easy fix. I just have to drill 2 new holes in the existing tabs to bring them a little forward. That should do the trick. If it doesn't then I'll just have to raise them up a little with a spacer under it.

Unfortunately I won't be doing the actual install for a few weeks because next week is the last week of classes for the quarter and then it's finals. Too much crap to get done.

Maybe the '03-'04 bumper is different. Mine hit the upper bar and the side bar if I put them in the stock holes on the mounting tabs. I thought it was wierd too but no matter how I manipulate the hella's they rub. I won't be able to have them quite as recessed as yours are.

Alright, I couldn't wait and took a break from studying to play for a few. Not hooked up or anything yet but I just wanted to see how they looked.

Sorry for the pic quality, poor lighting in my garge.

Better daytime pics. Man I should quit screwing off and get my work done but this is more fun and a reason to procrastinate
