Just 1/2" self-tapping screws. Try to get some that have the flat wide head.

I'm a little embarrassed for Marc (of all people) for not being able to figure out an appropriate screw size.

yeah, yeah, I know... call it lazy, but,
I was secretly hoping Ho had a little ziplock baggy full of the appropriate sized stainless steel screws that he would just send to me...lol
now that I'm back at work, I guess I'll have to figure it out for myself.

I'll get the new latches next time I am at Pelican.

Ho, can you guys still get the new style latches from Pelican? I have a 1650 with the old style.

Ho is no longer with EE. I bought out his half of the company a few months back.

I have a bunch of black 1650 latches and pins here at the shop. I don't have the colors like OD green and Desert Tan. (If you have the old latches, I'm guessing your case is black.) I can just add the latches and pins to your next order. Or, I can them out to you separately just for the shipping cost.

If your 1650 is OD or tan, I recommend contacting Pelican and I'm guessing they would be happy to send you replacement latches.

Thanks, John.

The case is black. I will probably be putting in an order before the end of the week. Have a few goodies I need.
