looks to me like some kind of pressure treated plywood. it's not bad at all. it's warped but just feels like it belongs on the G4. i'm leaving it until it cracks and splits.

before we go inside... this is a very nice little light under both side mirrors...

what's inside...

nice and warm on your hands

cupholders... a must for the multitasking california driver...

still have to get used to the ignition key on center console

in dash 6 disc CD changer in glove compartment and fuse box underneath it(pull the 2 little tabs and the panel drops)

cabin illumination is very nicely done specially the recessed green LED constant on light provides very subtle night time illumination

We drove that G4 to dinner and I got to sit in the front seat on the way to dinner and in the back seat on the way back to the shop. Just those few miles spoiled me. When I drove my Defender home last night, it just wasn't the same. I'll never look at that POS the same way. Before it was a lovable POS. Now it's just a POS.

That dual sun visor should be mandatory on all new cars.

I love that truck Han.

My only little issue is the giant G4 sign in the front. I might remove that and keep it for another day.

definately there are quite a few more things to be adjusted and tweaked and added on this G4. i'll keep you guys posted.

yeah the front plaque on the roof rack is very large and off scale to the lights and rack. i don't know... looking at the bracket and the size of the plaque i'm convinced that it was once used on the G4 D110. looks like there are smaller ones that will fit nicer on the MKIII.
